I’ve yet to play The Witcher 3 both because I am broke af but also my computer is sort of a hunk of garbage that I’m planning on replacing in the next few months anyways.
Anyways, CD Projekt RED, the developers of The Witcher released like 800 bug fixes today as well as addressing performance issues and that’s some dedication. They’re always so proud of their games and I’m so happy for them, the Witcher series from the first game to what it evolved into now is wild.
They’re making a game called Cyberpunk 2077 that a few days ago a dev mentioned it’s going to be even BIGGER than The Witcher 3, which if you don’t know is roughly 4 times larger than Skyrim which is absurd. I’M SO STOKED
A giant open world RPG Cyberpunk game by developers that actually give a shit about their games? My body is so ready. Even if we’re not gonna get to play it for like another year and a half.
I’ve mentioned it a handful of times on here, but I am beyond stoked for Cyberpunk 2077 by CDPR, but today apparently files were stolen from the game being held for ransom where if CDPR doesn’t pay them they’re going to release the files.
They’re not doing it, thankfully, but part of me makes me feel like this is almost fantastic PR for them? I mean a bunch of hackers stole your files about a cyberpunk world and are going to start leaking them?

I want to make source maps again but I can’t be fucked to go back to using Hammer after using things like unreal. It’s cool for prototyping but there’s just so much extra work I don’t want to do because I’ve been spoiled by an extra 12 years of technology
